Secure image storage

The previously captured image(s) are either stored individually or combined in a first step in the desired file format via our EasySightPro® Data Recorder Module locally to ensure fail-safe operation.

In the following example, the Data Recorder module generates a common PDF file for each image capture and stores it locally:

Transfer data

The local intermediate storage is typically followed by a data transfer to a higher-level system - usually via FTP / sFTP or FTPs transfer to a server available to the customer via our data transfer module.

Data transfer is also fail-safe using a two-stage process:

• The files are transferred from the source directory to the server (if the server is not available, the data are of course kept locally until they can be transferred).

• The files are moved internally to a backup folder and are finally deleted there locally only after a configurable time
